Our dynamic group classes give you a variety of training experiences, our coaches are dedicated and experienced with a passion to help you get the most out of your training!

Our brand new Run X and Hybrid training sections are designed to provide you with goal specific training in an engaging environment that will keep you coming back for more!

Our Hybrid Series comprise of both Hybrid Lift,
Hybrid Conditioning and Hybrid Teams days.

Hybrid Lift

Moving through blocks where the focus can be on Hypertrophy, Strength or Power, Temple Hybrid Lift days are split into Squats, Shoulders/Arms, Glutes/Hamstrings, where you will focus on getting stronger and proficient in each lift. Each class incorporates added complementary movements that are designed to maximise muscle engagement and performance.

Capped classes will ensure that you receive maximum guidance from your Coach while lifting safely and to your level.

Join like-minded people in a fun and welcoming environment through our Hybrid Lift classes.

Hybrid Conditioning

Increase your fitness in Temples’ Hybrid Conditioning group training classes. Hybrid Conditioning is dynamic fusion of *SkillRun drills with both bodyweight and strength exercises, to complement and enhance overall performance. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, getting started or want to level up your conditioning, these classes will push you to move faster, train smarter and perform better! These are Coach-led sessions so you can be guaranteed to be motivated and supported throughout your Hybrid Conditioning class.

Hybrid Teams

Expect the unexpected in the best start to a Saturday morning! Every week will be different and guaranteed that you’ll have a sweaty fun time. A great session for all levels of fitness and abilities.
