Our brand new Run X and Hybrid training sections are designed to provide you with goal specific training in an engaging environment that will keep you coming back for more!

Hybrid

Our Hybrid Series comprise of both Hybrid Lift and Hybrid Conditioning days. These small group training classes will help you develop power, stability and endurance through your lifts deadlifts and with added complementary movements that are designed to maximise muscle engagement and performance. Capped classes will ensure that you receive maximum guidance from your Coach while lifting safely and to your level. Join like-minded people in a fun and welcoming environment through our Hybrid classes.

Run X

RunX is a dynamic fusion of *SkillRun drills with both bodyweight and strength exercises, to complement and enhance overall performance. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to get started and/or level up your conditioning these classes will push you to move faster, train smarter and perform better! These are Coach-led sessions so you can be guaranteed to be motivated and supported throughout your RunX class.
