Our Hybrid Group Training classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. Lead by experienced and motivating coaches, you will learn to lift with confidence and get stronger and fitter as you progress. Unleash your potential in a small group environment, surrounded by like-minded people.

Our Hybrid Series comprise of both Hybrid Lift,
Hybrid Conditioning and Hybrid Teams days.

Hybrid Lift

  • Legs (Quad focused)
  • Shoulders/Arms
  • Glutes/Hamstrings
  • Upper Chest/Back

Hybrid Conditioning

Increase your fitness in Temples’ Hybrid Conditioning group training classes. Hybrid Conditioning is dynamic fusion of *SkillRun drills with both bodyweight and strength exercises, to complement and enhance overall performance.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, getting started or want to level up your conditioning, these classes will push you to move faster, train smarter and perform better! These are Coach-led sessions so you can be guaranteed to be motivated and supported throughout your Hybrid Conditioning class.

Expect the unexpected in the best start to a Saturday morning! Every week will be different and guaranteed that you’ll have a sweaty fun time.
